Happiness as a Workplace Strategy
The research couldn't be clearer. Happier workplaces result in better services, more creative thinking, and increases in both employee and client satisfaction. Creating opportunities to build happiness in workplace settings includes easy-to-implement approaches as well as more significant changes to organizational culture, policies, and practice.
This course will focus on some of the more readily accessible ways executives, program managers, and direct-service workers within organizations can take to increase their own happiness and the happiness of others around them
