URGENTLY HIRING - We are seeking
responsible and caring Youth Care Workers (YCW) to provide direct care
supervision for youth residing in our 24 hour Residential Treatment Center.
We foster an environment that facilitates learning and behavioral management
in a supportive manner. The Youth Care Worker will maintain a flexible,
organized, and efficient work schedule.
Prefer 1 year experience working in Residential Treatment Center. Must pass a background check.
Essential Functions:
Completing necessary paperwork and
providing youth with an overview of the program services.
Provide basic needs
to youth upon arrival to the program (to include but not limited to: meal,
clothing, hygiene products, shower and bedroom assignment).
Develop positive
rapport with youth while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring
environment.
Must exhibit a strong presence at all times.
Must ensure all
forms and progress notes (efforts) are properly completed to ensure
compliance with state and federal requirements.
Assist with the planning and
coordination of activities in and outside the RTC.
